a)   Guidelines for Issuance of Recommendation Letter for Visa:

Apex Chamber of Commerce & Industry of NCT Delhi issues recommendation letters to members for issue of visa for business promotion visits to foreign  countries. This recommendation letter is issued only after getting certain basic information. All those members desirous of obtaining such recommendation letters  are requested to furnish the following documents/information to the Apex Chamber at the time of their request:

1. Request letter addressed to the Apex Chamber of Commerce & Industry of NCT Delhi on the printed letter head of their firm/company clearly specifying the following information of the person seeking the visa:
   
   -   Name of the Applicant.
   -   Designation in the company.
   -   Passport Number of the Applicant.
   -   Countries to be visited.
   
   
2. Photocopy of the Passport of the person applying for the visa.
   
   
3. Photocopies of Invitation Letters / Trade Enquiries received from the visiting countries.
   
   
4. A fee of Rs. 50/- per letter per person in cash towards issuance of recommendation letters.
   
   
5. Generally the Chamber takes about 4 hours to process the request to issue the recommendation letter for visa subject to fulfillment of all the formalities.
   
   

 Submitting request letter to the Chamber and meeting all the requirements does not necessarily mean that the visa recommendation letter will be issued by the Chamber. The Apex Chamber reserves the right to reject any such request without specifying any reason.
